Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst to support governance, risk oversight and decision-support processes across the Group. You will work with stakeholders in business and corporate functions to strengthen reporting and continuous improvement.

The role sits in the Enterprise Governance Intelligence unit and requires handling diverse information, developing management materials, and coordinating actions with senior teams in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting or related.
• At least 3 years in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, legal operations, internal audit, management consulting or similar analytical role.
• Direct, hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, including risk framework design, registers and reporting.
• Experience reviewing complex submissions or decision-support materials is advantageous.
• Experience in a large, matrixed multinational or professional services organisation preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure, engineering, consulting or project-based businesses beneficial.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, due diligence or approval processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and risk management activities across the Group.
• Assist with review of management and decision-support materials for completeness and clarity.
• Analyse information from diverse sources and summarise key issues.
• Prepare management reports, summaries, dashboards and presentations.
• Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions across units and functions.
• Maintain records, supporting documentation and reporting information.
• Track outstanding actions through to closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Support digital and data-enabled tools to strengthen governance and reporting.
• Undertake research and analysis on governance, risk and organisational matters as required.
