Job summary

STYL Solutions in Singapore seeks an Account Director to drive growth in the Financial Institutions sector. You will hunt and expand partnerships, map stakeholders across large accounts, and build enduring, multi-threaded relationships while negotiating complex agreements. Travel internationally as needed.

You will lead the FI growth plan, collaborate with delivery teams, and represent STYL at industry events to broaden our fintech and payment solutions footprint.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, key account management, or business development, preferably with Financial Institutions
• Proven experience selling to banks, financial institutions, or large multi-stakeholder groups; fintech/payments experience is a plus
• Demonstrated multi-threading of accounts across functions and levels
• Track record of new-logo acquisition and hunting rather than account farming
• Comfortable with cross-border business development and travel
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead account growth within Financial Institutions and expand beyond current programs
• Map and engage decision-makers across multiple units in FI accounts
• Build direct relationships at several levels and functions within each account
• Identify and pursue new FI opportunities in Singapore and overseas
• Develop and manage a pipeline of net-new FI opportunities and represent STYL at events
• Prepare pitches, negotiate and close new agreements
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Product Manager for delivery
• Provide regular pipeline forecasts and account plans to Sales Director
