Job summary

StarHub in Singapore is looking for a Solution Architect to define and govern the architecture for CRM and Order Management in the Enterprise Business Group. This role requires a strong background in solution architecture, preferably in telecommunications, and the ability to drive design quality and integrity across projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in solution/application architecture, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on delivery expertise across integrated platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution/application architecture or large-scale systems delivery.
• Strong experience in CRM and Order Management.
• Hands-on architecture delivery across multiple integrated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state and transitional architecture for EBG CRM and OM.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into architecture options.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts.
