Job summary

StarHub in Singapore is seeking a CRM Engineer to design, build, and operate core Customer Relationship Management and Order Management platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in software engineering and proficiency in Java, SQL, and Kubernetes.

This role entails developing backend services, building REST APIs, participating in CI/CD processes, and ensuring production reliability. A detailed understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in telecom domains is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in CRM or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS.
• Experience with workflow-driven systems and orchestration engines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for Customer Management and Order Management.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs for integration with various systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated releases.
