Job summary

StarHub in Singapore is seeking a Lead CRM Engineer to take ownership of the reliability and scalability of their core Customer Relationship Management and Order Management platforms. This role requires expertise in delivering reliable services across customer management and order lifecycle orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in CRM or BSS environments. Strong hands-on skills in Java, Kubernetes, and SQL are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in professional software engineering with preference for CRM, BSS, or other large enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Advanced SQL expertise in PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and reliability of CRM/OM services.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services.
• Ensure API reliability and drive workflow reliability.
