Keyrus is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Consulting Manager to join our Asia team in Singapore. The role focuses on leading performance management projects using EPM tools, guiding design discussions, and mentoring a 3–5 person team in an agile setting.

You will serve as main client contact, drive delivery with strong business acumen, and develop long-term relationships for new opportunities across financial analytics and data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing performance management solutions using EPM techs.
• Client-facing consulting experience preferred.
• Experience leading 3–5 person teams and managing delivery.

Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Enterprise Consulting Manager to join our team in Asia.

Who You Are:

• Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologies
• Prior relevant consulting or industry experience in a client facing role
• Prior experience overseeing project teams and change initiatives in a project management role
• Prior Experience leading a project team of 3-5 people using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and system interfaces
• Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients
• Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
• Anaplan Certification such as Master Anaplanner
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience

What You Will Do:

• Manage the project team through the project implementation from start to finish using Agile Methodologies
• Serve as the main client contact and manage day to day interactions
• Lead client through the design discussions to ensure that all the client's requirements are met in an optimal solution
• Manage and mentor team members through identification and improvement of delivery and help others understand how to implement optimized solutions
• Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users
• Displays knowledge leadership and subject matter expertise in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify pain points and expansion opportunities
• Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing
• Determine and set priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects
• Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisionsCommunicate well written and orally at all levels - managerial, technical, and user
