Job summary

Keyrus EPM Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an ambitious Solution Architect (Finance) to join our Asia team. This role focuses on delivering advanced performance management and BI solutions for multi-national clients.

You will lead end-to-end implementations using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM TM1 or OneStream, mentor team members, and ensure data integration, model configuration and testing meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years implementing Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, TM1, OneStream or similar).
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder level 3 or higher; preference for Solution Architect.
• Experience in structured project methodologies for requirements, data conversions, and interfaces.
• Experience with data integration (Anaplan Connect, Hyperconnect, ETL tools).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; numbers and causal relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multi-cultural environment.

Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Solution Architect (Finance) to join our team in Asia.

Who You Are:

• Background in financial/ multi-dimensional modelling, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM TM1, OneStream, or similar technologies.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder level 3 or higher, with preference for Solution Architect
• Experience in a project team environment with structured methodologies for business requirements, processes, data conversions, and system interfaces.
• Experience formulating and developing implementation strategies for business requirements and sustainable solutions.
• Experience with Data Integration (Anaplan Connect, Hyperconnect, ETL tools).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for numbers and cause-effect relationships.
• Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and take responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.

What You Will Do:

• Formulate and develop an implementation strategy for identifying business requirements, process design sustainable solutions for our clients.
• Identify gaps in business and technical requirements, testing, potential project risk, and communication issues in client delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, including data integration, model configuration, model optimizations, development of pages and reports, and testing.
• Assist with determining priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects.
• Maintain client focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions.
• Stay up to date with the latest solution's features, functionalities and apply best practices in design, model architecture, and data integration to drive optimal performance.
• Provide technical instruction by actively mentoring team members through the improvement of the delivery of optimal solutions.
