Job summary

TENTEN Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to shape enterprise infrastructure across a complex technology environment. You will lead hands-on architecture, provide technical leadership, and influence design decisions with engineering, operations, and security teams.

This senior role may extend to an ED-level and offers opportunities to drive reliability, security, and scalability in a large organisation through governance, design reviews, and production readiness

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure architecture principles, standards, and target-state designs that support reliability, performance, and long-term platform stability
• Lead design discussions across key infrastructure domains, ensuring solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with business and technology priorities
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to review technical proposals, validate implementation approaches, and support delivery from design through go-live
• Provide architecture input into incidents, problem trends, and recurring issues, using those learnings to improve the overall infrastructure environment
• Contribute to governance, design review, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen engineering consistency and reduce operational risk

We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Senior Infrastructure Architect who will help shape the future of core infrastructure across a complex enterprise technology environment. As a Senior Infrastructure Architect, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to define resilient, scalable, and supportable infrastructure solutions that enable critical business services.

This Senior Infrastructure Architect role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on architecture, technical leadership, and influencing design decisions across a broad infrastructure landscape in a large organisation. This is a senior role that could go up to an ED-level. This is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define infrastructure architecture principles, standards, and target-state designs that support reliability, performance, and long-term platform stability

To qualify for this Senior Infrastructure Architect role, you should have:

• Experience translating business and operational needs into architecture that balances resilience, security, performance, and maintainability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
• A continuous improvement mindset, with interest in infrastructure automation, modern engineering practices, and production readiness
