Job summary

Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH) is building an enterprise data and analytics layer to support its planning platform and future operational intelligence. This foundational Digital, Data & Technology role connects data from multiple sources to enable data-driven decisions across planning and ramp-up.

You will work with stakeholders across Strategy, Clinical Services, Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Digital, transforming datasets into actionable insights, dashboards and predictive

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, planning analytics or related fields.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets; healthcare/public sector experience advantageous.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proficiency in Python or R and advanced Excel/data modelling.
• Familiarity with ETL, forecasting, scenario analysis and AI concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, consolidate and manage data from MOH, census, HR, finance, and other sources.
• Transform data into structured, reusable planning datasets and support governance.
• Conduct analyses for demand, capacity, workforce, and financial planning.
• Support planning assumptions, scenario analyses and forecasting.
• Design and maintain dashboards for demand, capacity, workforce, and performance.
• Prepare data layer and integrate new sources for Enterprise Planning Platform.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics like Generative AI, ML, NLP and scenario modeling.
• Support commissioning and ramp-up planning, including workforce ramp-up.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Strategy, Clinical, Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Digital.
• Present findings clearly bridging business questions with technology solutions.
