Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an AI/ML Customer Engineer in Singapore to design production-grade enterprise AI blueprints, create open-source Quickstarts, and work with partners to validate architectures for scalable, secure deployments.

You will drive end-to-end solutions in ambiguous environments, with strong emphasis on architectural depth, cloud-native platforms, and collaboration with external teams in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including clean code, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear verbal and written English communication for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready architecture blueprints and reference codebases with enterprise considerations.
• Package repeatable AI Quickstarts to accelerate adoption and showcase best practices.
• Collaborate with external engineering teams to validate and integrate blueprints across the stack.
• Design automated testing, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry to monitor latency, throughput, and model quality.
• Incorporate robust data privacy, secure perimeters, and local hosting for compliance.
