Red Hat is seeking an AI/ML Architect in Singapore to design production-ready Kubernetes architectures and lead technical scoping with strategic customers and partners. You will drive end-to-end solutions and mentorship across teams to deliver scalable AI/ML platforms.

The role emphasizes autonomous, high-stakes delivery, architecture depth, and advisory leadership. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in a fast-evolving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Customer Delivery Experience: Proven track record of leading successful technical consulting, system design, or pre‑sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to distill and present complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Design production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies with enterprise hardening, compute/network/storage optimization, and security boundaries.
• Lead technical scoping, discovery, and execution of customer workshops; design POCs and architectural walkthroughs.
• Advise regional engineering teams and executives on AI/ML requirements and strategies to achieve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with external ecosystems (ISVs, chip manufacturers, system integrators) on joint-architecture solutions.
• Channel regional feedback to global product roadmaps to influence strategy.
• Take ownership of complex enterprise opportunities and advise on multi-year adoption and compliance frameworks.
