Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Product Manager, WorkBuddy Enterprise to own the enterprise roadmap and customer success strategy for WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy, and Managed Agents across global markets.

You will drive go-to-market and ecosystem strategies, establish evaluation and telemetry infrastructure, partner with sales for enterprise delivery templates, and ensure data residency, tenant isolation, and audit logging in line with regional security standards.

Qualifications

• Six years of product management experience.
• At least three years in AI platforms, cloud platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record owning platform products for enterprise customers.
• Experience with ARR, gross margin, NRR, and paid conversion metrics.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM products from major providers.
• Familiarity with security/compliance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for WorkBuddy Enterprise across international markets.
• Lead the ecosystem and integration strategy for enterprise Skills, MCP, and Connector frameworks.
• Establish eval infrastructure, including eval harnesses, guardrails, telemetry, and regression testing.
• Partner with sales to build structured key-account delivery templates and best practices.
• Manage product cost structures, resource planning, and compliance readiness including data residency and audit logging.
