Job summary

ELGO AI PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Head of Forward Deployment to lead how the company delivers, enables, manages, and grows its enterprise customers from Singapore outward.

You will design and scale the FDE + FDS model, develop playbooks, and coach a team of Forward Deployment engineers and strategists to drive production-grade AI adoption and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, professional services, solution engineering, project management or related roles.
• Able to understand AI, software, integrations, and enterprise architecture sufficiently to guide customers and technical teams.
• Experienced in managing senior stakeholders, complex enterprise projects, and long-term strategic accounts.
• Able to translate complex technology into structured training and capability-building programmes for business leaders, managers, and technical users.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Forward Deployment to lead how ELGO AI delivers, enables, manages, and grows our enterprise customers.

ELGO AI operates a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) + Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) model. FDEs work closely with customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, while Strategists act as the overall customer lead, combining solution strategy, business discovery, project leadership, account management, training, and customer success.

Your mission is to build a scalable forward deployment engine that moves customers from initial use cases to successful production adoption, develops their internal AI capabilities, and expands each relationship into a long-term strategic account.

Main Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and customer success across ELGO AI’s portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Design and continuously improve ELGO AI’s FDE + FDS model, playbooks, processes, and delivery standards.
• Lead, coach, and scale the Forward Deployment team comprising FDEs and Strategists.
• Ensure projects move successfully from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure Strategists act as trusted customer leads, managing stakeholder relationships, project outcomes, account health, and expansion opportunities.
• Own customer onboarding and enablement on the ELGO AI platform.
• Develop and deliver structured customer training across ELGO AI’s AI Leader, AI Manager, and AI Developer tracks, enabling different user groups to adopt and scale Agentic AI effectively.
• Work closely with the Partnerships & Ecosystem team to train and enable partner resources to position, build, and deliver solutions on the ELGO AI platform.
• Build scalable training, certification, documentation, and enablement programmes for customers and partners.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, customer escalations, and adoption barriers.
• Drive customer satisfaction, platform adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion.
• Identify additional use cases within existing customers and work with Sales to convert them into commercial opportunities.
• Feed recurring customer requirements into Product and Engineering to continuously improve the platform.

What We Are Looking For

• Enterprise Delivery Leader: 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, professional services, solution engineering, project management or related roles.
• Strong Technical Acumen: Able to understand AI, software, integrations, and enterprise architecture sufficiently to guide customers and technical teams.
• Customer & Account Leadership: Experienced in managing senior stakeholders, complex enterprise projects, and long-term strategic accounts.
• Training & Enablement Capability: Able to translate complex technology into structured training and capability-building programmes for business leaders, managers, and technical users.
• Builder Mentality: Comfortable designing operating models and processes while remaining hands-on with critical customers and deployments.
• Commercial Mindset: Understands that successful delivery should lead to adoption, retention, expansion, and deeper customer relationships.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Able to work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.

Experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, automation, data, or digital transformation is highly preferred.

Success will be measured across four areas:

• Delivery: project success, time-to-production, delivery quality, and customer outcomes.
• Adoption & Enablement: platform adoption, customer training completion, capability development, and active usage.
• Customer Growth: retention, renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction.
