Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in advertising, media, technology, or B2B enterprise sales.
• Agency experience is highly preferred, but strong in-house sales professionals are welcome.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
• Experience navigating procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong relationship-building, storytelling, pitching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle from lead generation, first touch and qualification through to negotiation and closure.
• Proactively generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and industry relationships.
• Develop relationships across agencies, brands, retailers and enterprise organisations.
• Build a strong commercial ecosystem beyond inbound leads.
• Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, partnerships and strategic accounts.
• Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
• Navigate enterprise decision-making, budgets, approvals and procurement processes.
• Develop account strategies to move opportunities forward and prevent stalled deals.
