Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Handle administrative duties including insurance/MediShield/Medisave claims, procurement, maintenance, and licensing documentation.
• Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and inventory while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters per policies.
• Order medicines and ensure stock, dispensing, and administration adhere to guidelines.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous to join our team. The Enrolled Nurse will play a crucial role in managing the reception area, attending to patients, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to doctors during consultations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations oftheclinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to clinic operations and service standards, such as managing insurance claims, Medisave claims, MediShield claims, procurement and maintenance functions, and licensing documentation.
• Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overseeing inventory, alwaysmaintaininghighstandard of services.
• Support billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in compliance with policies
• Responsible forordering ofmedicines, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administeredin accordance withguidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage patients’ expectations and uphold highstandardof medical care and service delivery are provided andmaintained.
• Chaperonedoctor, prepare patients for examination as needed.
• Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities andassignments asassigned by the Management.
