Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality patient care.
• Handle insurance, Medisave, and MediShield claims and related documentation.
• Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.
• Assist doctors during consultations and prepare patients for examinations.
• Support billing, counselling, and subsidy-related matters per policies.
• Ensure medication dispensing complies with guidelines and is in stock.
