Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Technician / Lab Technician in Tampines, Singapore to support failure analysis, physical characterisation and quality control in a semiconductor lab.

Diploma in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering or related field; willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts with overtime. Entry-level candidates welcome; 2+ years in lab or semiconductor settings preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SEM/EDX or SRP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipment for product failure analysis, physical characterisation, and quality control.
• Monitor laboratory tools through SPC and ensure timely IMTE calibration.
• Follow laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Support measurement activities to meet required testing cycle time.
• Perform equipment operation and calibration according to SOPs.
• Maintain good housekeeping and laboratory standards.
• Support special projects and other laboratory activities assigned by supervisors.

Job Title: Engineering Technician / Lab Technician

Location: Tampines, Singapore

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts, 8AM-8PM / 8PM-8AM

Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern, approximately 15 working days/month

Key Responsibilities

• Operating laboratory equipment for product failure analysis, physical characterisation, and quality control.
• Monitoring laboratory tools through SPC and ensuring timely IMTE calibration.
