Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Technician in Mechanical Technology for Tampines, Singapore. The role involves monitoring mechanical process performance, evaluating tools, and fine-tuning equipment to meet strict specifications.

Entry-level candidates are welcome. The position requires a Diploma in Engineering or Science, with 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night) and a 4-3-3-4 schedule. Applicants will support engineers and help maintain stable 300mm fabs production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good process monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical process performance and promptly identify deviations.
• Evaluate tool capability and assign suitable tools per product specs.
• Adjust and fine-tune process tools to meet mechanical performance standards.
• Perform post-process disposition including Geo and HOSPC assessments and initiate containment when required.
• Support operations with setup checks and corrective actions per procedures.
• Support high-volume production while meeting customer specs and targets.
• Assist Process Engineers with data collection, analysis and evaluation tests on the floor.
• Support stable production across 300mm fabs, especially during critical periods.

Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern

Shift: Permanent Day or Permanent Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring mechanical process performance and identifying process deviations promptly.
• Evaluating tool capability and assigning suitable tools according to product specifications.
• Adjusting and fine-tuning process tools to maintain required mechanical performance standards.
• Performing post-process disposition , including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC assessments, and initiating containment actions when required.
• Supporting operations with setup checks and corrective actions according to established procedures.
• Supporting high-volume production while maintaining customer specifications and production targets.
• Assisting Process Engineers with data collection, analysis, and evaluation tests on the production floor.
• Supporting stable production operations across the 300mm fabs , particularly during critical production periods.

Requirements
