Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability, engineering, or facilities management.
• Familiarity with green building certifications and ESG reporting.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability initiatives and reporting across the portfolio.
• Support GRESB submissions and sustainability disclosures.
• Identify and implement energy efficiency, water conservation, and recycling initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and project approvals for stakeholders.
