Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Operations on M&E replacements and maintenance scopes, ensuring compliance with latest codes and authorities’ requirements.

You will assist with project handover, conduct site inspections, and guide on energy management, load tracking, and digital solutions to improve efficiency. Strong English and supervisory abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certification in Electrical or Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant working experience.
• Familiar with M&E services and maintenance requirements.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for M&E equipment replacement projects (switchgear, genset) per latest codes and authorities’ requirements.
• Review and support M&E maintenance contract scopes for cost savings and lifecycle optimization.
• Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site inspections and tests.
• Offer technical guidance on M&E load, capacity and maximum demand.
• Manage assigned projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of operations and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct energy and water saving audits and monitor chiller plant performance.
