Job summary

The role involves liaising with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, resources and deliverables are properly managed.

The position requires strong planning and coordination skills, with responsibilities spanning proposal through delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate engineering design and consultancy projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and clients to meet requirements and timelines.
• Translate client requirements into clear project scopes and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering design and consultancy projects according to client requirements and scope.
• Coordinate with engineers, technical consultants and other stakeholders for effective delivery.
• Understand client requirements and translate into deliverables and work plans.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables for timely completion.
• Prepare, review and submit engineering drawings, reports and specifications.
• Communicate project updates to clients and address project-related questions.
• Maintain records of activities, correspondence and approvals.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Ensure activities comply with requirements, procedures and standards.
