• Familiarity with local regulatory, licensing, and safety standards (e.g., LTA submissions).

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple projects from conceptual design through handover.
• Develop detailed plans with scope, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Manage resources to meet budgets and timelines.
• Support bid tenders and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and on-site guidance to teams and clients.
