• Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, client representatives, and contractors to maintain clear communication
• Administer contract changes in coordination with the contracts department to ensure accurate contract management
• Review and approve equipment and materials requisitions to support site operations
• Supervise and monitor the site labor force and subcontractors daily to ensure work quality and compliance
• Liaise effectively with authorities, client representatives, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate project progress
• Verify that all plans and work comply with specifications and project requirements
• Identify and resolve technical difficulties and problems arising on site to maintain project continuity
