Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in engineering operations, facilities, or infrastructure.
• Experience in maintenance management and asset reliability.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of engineering facilities, testing environments, workshops, and infrastructure.
