Qualifications

• Final-year Engineering student (graduating before/in June 2027) with strong academic record and leadership activities.
• Passionate about Operations – Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Plant Quality, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; eager to learn and take on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three 12-month rotations across Technical, Supervisory and Global Operations Excellence.
• Participate in developmental and experiential rotations in Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, Plant Quality, Operations Excellence, etc.
• Collaborate with Assignment Managers across different divisions and sites; be geographically mobile for final-year rotation across locations.
