Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Scheduler to independently plan and manage schedules for data center construction projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with milestones and owner objectives.

You will develop, analyze, and report schedules, monitor progress, and communicate risks and recovery options to stakeholders, leveraging Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional qualification in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule logic.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Thesuccessful candidate will independently manage project planning and schedulingactivities for assigned projects or major work packages across all phases ofdata center construction. The role will be responsible for developing,maintaining, analyzing, and reporting project schedules to ensure alignmentwith owner objectives, contractual milestones, and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop,manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules covering design,procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
• Defineschedule activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and key interfacesin collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Establishand maintain schedule baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Independentlyanalyze critical paths, float, constraints, dependencies, and scheduleperformance.
• Trackproject progress on an agreed cadence and prepare schedule reports, dashboards,milestone updates, and forecasts for project and client stakeholders.
• Reviewactual progress against planned schedules and assess causes and impacts ofschedule variances.
• Identify,assess, and actively manage schedule risks and potential delays, recommendingappropriate mitigation actions.
• Perform"what-if" analyses, scenario planning, schedule impact assessments, andsensitivity analyses.
• Developrecovery and acceleration schedules where projects experience delays ordisruption.
• Reviewcontractor and supplier schedules for completeness, logic, alignment, andintegration with the overall project schedule.
• Collaboratewith project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and otherstakeholders to validate and communicate schedule updates.
• Use andmaintain scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud(OPC).
• Ensureschedule updates comply with project controls, financial, business, andgovernance requirements.
• Maintainhistorical schedule data and analyze schedule performance and lessons learned.
• Review thework of Junior Schedulers and provide day-to-day coaching and technicalguidance.
• Independentlyresolve routine scheduling issues and elevate significant delays, risks, ordecisions to the Lead Scheduler or project leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Equivalent professional qualification, in one of the following or a related discipline:

Minimum of 2-10 years of relevant project scheduling, planning, orproject controls experience.

Demonstratedexperience independently developing and managing complex constructionschedules.

Strongknowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, floatanalysis, milestone management, and progress measurement.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/orOracle Primavera Cloud.

Experienceperforming schedule risk analysis, impact assessments, recovery planning, andschedule forecasting.

Experiencereviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple workstreams into anoverall project schedule.

Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability tocommunicate schedule risks, impacts, and recommendations to project managers,contractors, and client stakeholders.

Ability tosupervise and review junior scheduling team members and independently managescheduling for assigned projects or major work packages.
