kris infotech pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to independently manage planning and scheduling for complex data center construction projects.

You will develop, maintain, and report integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, aligning with owner objectives and milestones. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
  • Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, logic, baselines, float analysis, milestone management, and progress measurement.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
  • Experience performing schedule risk analysis, impact assessments, recovery planning, and schedule forecasting.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple workstreams into an overall project schedule.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and review junior scheduling team members and independently manage scheduling for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • Define schedule activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Establish schedule baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Analyze critical paths, float, constraints, and schedule performance.
  • Track progress and prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Review progress vs planned schedules and assess causes of variances.
  • Identify and manage schedule risks and recovery actions.
  • Perform what-if analyses and recovery planning for delays.
  • Review contractor and supplier schedules for integration with the overall project schedule.
  • Collaborate with project teams to validate and communicate updates.
  • Use Primavera P6 and OPC for scheduling updates.

Job Description:
  • Independently manage project planning and scheduling activities for assigned projects or major work packages across all phases of data center construction.
  • Will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting project schedules to ensure alignment with owner objectives, contractual milestones, and delivery requirements.
  • Will act as a primary day-to-day scheduling contact for project stakeholders, provide schedule analysis and recommendations, review contractor schedules, and support project leadership in managing schedule risks and recovery actions
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • Define schedule activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and key interfaces in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain schedule baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Independently analyze critical paths, float, constraints, dependencies, and schedule performance.
  • Track project progress on an agreed cadence and prepare schedule reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and forecasts for project and client stakeholders.
  • Review actual progress against planned schedules and assess causes and impacts of schedule variances.
  • Identify, assess, and actively manage schedule risks and potential delays, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Perform “what-if” analyses, scenario planning, schedule impact assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Develop recovery and acceleration schedules where projects experience delays or disruption.
  • Review contractor and supplier schedules for completeness, logic, alignment, and integration with the overall project schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to validate and communicate schedule updates.
  • Use and maintain scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
  • Ensure schedule updates comply with project controls, financial, business, and governance requirements.
  • Maintain historical schedule data and analyze schedule performance and lessons learned.
  • Review the work of Junior Schedulers and provide day-to-day coaching and technical guidance.
  • Independently resolve routine scheduling issues and elevate significant delays, risks, or decisions to the Lead Scheduler or project leadership.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in one of the following or a related discipline:

  • Engineering

  • Architecture
  • Planning or Project Controls
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
  • Demonstrated experience independently developing and managing complex construction schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, float analysis, milestone management, and progress measurement.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
  • Experience performing schedule risk analysis, impact assessments, recovery planning, and schedule forecasting.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple workstreams into an overall project schedule.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate schedule risks, impacts, and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to supervise and review junior scheduling team members and independently manage scheduling for assigned projects or major work packages.
