Job summary

Wonder Engineering Technologies is seeking a marketing communications specialist to manage and enhance the company’s digital presence across the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent corporate image. The role supports brand storytelling, collateral creation, and project references.

You will collaborate with technical and sales teams, edit videos, and help drive exhibitions and corporate promotions, while maintaining high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate branding, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and corporate websites.
• Proven ability to produce corporate brochures, presentation decks, project references, video editing, and marketing collaterals.
• Experience supporting exhibition events, corporate promotions, and corporate communication activities.
• Proficiency with basic video editing, graphic design tools, and digital content production workflows.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual layout skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website, LinkedIn page, and YouTube channel to ensure consistent branding and professional corporate image.
• Plan, create, and produce marketing collaterals including brochures, corporate presentations, project reference lists, and promotional videos to support brand storytelling and product promotion.
• Coordinate and support local and overseas exhibition events through pre-event preparation, booth coordination, material preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up with content recap.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to gather project updates, product information, and references for continuous content optimization.
• Edit video content and design promotional materials to maintain an engaging and up-to-date project database and reference portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor marketing activities, and industry updates to inform and improve marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing content and visuals comply with brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.
• Manage multiple tasks proactively and meet tight project deadlines independently.
