Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Manager of Moulding Engineering to lead a high-performing team in Tuas. You will drive precision injection moulding, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost objectives are embedded in product development.

Partner with global stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions. You will guide teams across product development, operations, and quality, champion optimization, and oversee validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing within regulated industries (medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Knowledge of product design, process validation, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading engineering teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and organisational levels.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities in matrixed environments.
• Structured problem-solving approach with sound decision-making and judgment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team, fostering trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and support team members to strengthen technical capability, ownership, and growth.
• Drive engagement and performance to deliver operational and project objectives.
• Represent Manufacturing in cross-functional discussions to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalability.
• Partner with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and global stakeholders to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Oversee development, optimization, and implementation of moulding and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure successful delivery of manufacturing programs aligned to timelines, quality, regulatory, and cost objectives.
• Champion process validation strategies and production methodologies for robust outcomes.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing.
