Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Manager of Moulding Engineering to lead a high-performing team in Tuas. You will drive precision injection moulding, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost objectives are embedded in product development.

Partner with global stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions. You will guide teams across product development, operations, and quality, champion optimization, and oversee validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing within regulated industries (medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Knowledge of product design, process validation, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading engineering teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and organisational levels.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities in matrixed environments.
• Structured problem-solving approach with sound decision-making and judgment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ensure successful delivery of manufacturing programs aligned to timelines, quality expectations, regulatory requirements, and cost objectives.
• Champion process validation strategies and production methodologies that deliver robust, repeatable outcomes.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing, promoting technology adoption and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing engineering activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing within regulated industries, preferably medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of product design, process validation, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Background leading engineering teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and organisational levels.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
