Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Experience building DevOps platforms from scratch.
• GitOps deployment with ArgoCD or Flux.
• IaC practices with Terraform or similar.
• Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift).
• Programming in Python/Java.
• Telemetry/monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
• Incident response and RCA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain devops/SRE practices for B2B systems.
• Manage ML models in production and non-production environments.
• Assess and improve system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams; communicate across supply chain partners.
• Design, build, and scale a GitOps-driven CI/CD platform.
• Define standards, tooling, automation, and reliability practices.
