Job summary

NHG Health seeks a Manager (Engineering) for the Digital Innovation Studio to lead technical prototype engineering and platform governance. You will coordinate front-end and back-end prototype work with NHG project teams, clinicians, and data scientists to deliver scalable, secure digital solutions.

You will maintain multi-cloud sandbox environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), draft architecture diagrams and PRDs, and provide hands-on support for prototyping activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or equivalent.
• 5 years hands-on engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency in drafting PRDs and architecture sketches.

Responsibilities

• Design and support lightweight prototypes including front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Maintain multi-cloud sandbox environments and manage access provisioning.
• Provide technical documentation and hands-on support for prototype development.
