Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to manage wafer manufacturing processes, drive quality and yield targets, and collaborate with global Technology teams to qualify new processes, suppliers and consumables.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, perform statistical data analysis, and apply 8D/DOE/FMEA methods to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements. Degree in engineering or science is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets.
• Collaborate with global Technology counterparts to align processes and qualify new processes, suppliers, and consumables as required.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvements and yield enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate the troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous process improvements and implement permanent solutions to address recurring process and quality issues.
• Develop and implement best practices, standard procedures, and innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Perform statistical data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and interpret process performance data.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk analysis tools (e.g., FMEA) to resolve process issues and mitigate risks.
