Job summary

TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Drafter to support semiconductor facility projects. You will prepare and update 2D AutoCAD drawings, including gas piping, process piping, electrical and facility systems, and maintain drawing revisions.

Collaboration with Engineers, Project Managers and site teams is essential to ensure accuracy, timely submissions, and proper documentation for as-built drawings and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Drafting, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand engineering and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update engineering drawings, layouts and technical drawings for semiconductor facility projects.
• Produce drawings for gas piping, process piping, electrical and facility engineering systems.
• Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings based on engineering and project requirements.
• Update drawings according to site changes, engineering comments and customer requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon completion of installation works.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information before submission.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control and drawing records.
• Support preparation of project documentation and drawing submissions.
• Perform other drafting and engineering support duties as assigned.

As our Singapore operations continue to expand, we are seeking an Engineering Drafter to support our semiconductor facility engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Drafting, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.

• Experience in M&E, piping, gas systems, facility engineering or semiconductor projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of 3D/BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to coordinate effectively with engineering and project teams.
• Responsible, organised and able to meet project deadlines.
