Job summary

TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our electrical engineering team and support semiconductor facility projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading electrical engineering or project teams.
• Semiconductor facility/fab experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Willing to work at different project sites within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering and installation works for semiconductor facility projects.
• Plan and oversee projects from installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Manage and supervise Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and site workers.
• Plan manpower, materials and work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality of electrical installations.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project, quality, WSH and safety requirements.
• Provide regular project progress and technical updates to Management.

As our Singapore operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our electrical engineering team and support semiconductor facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering and installation works for semiconductor facility projects.
• Plan and oversee projects from installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Manage and supervise Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and site workers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, M&E or facility engineering projects.
• Experience leading electrical engineering or project teams.
• Semiconductor facility/fab experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Able to read and review electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with customers and project teams.
• Willing to work at different project sites within Singapore when required.
