Job summary

A leading logistics support company in Singapore is looking for individuals to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, provide logistical support for spare units, and ensure system documentation is up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NITEC in Infocomm Technology, knowledge of Windows 10 and boat sensor systems, and willingness to work shifts. This role offers an attractive salary of up to $2600 along with allowances and requires a proactive individual ready to engage with diverse challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Government Data Centre environment.
• Willing to work shifts or standby after hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance according to the standards.
• Provide logistical support ensuring adequate spare units.
• Attend to fault cases referred by helpdesk.

Job description

Job Descriptions:

• To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist
• Provide logistical support ensuring acceptable quantity of spare units
• To ensure all system documentation are up-to-date
• To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA
• Attend to fault cases referred by helpdesk
• Provide update of system status to relevant parties
• Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers’ operational requirements
• Installation / Removal of equipments from boats.
• Implementation of additional hardware / software testing
• Software patches update

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• 12 hrs rotating shift OR
• Standby
• Up to $2600 + Transport allowance + Stand-by allowance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Infocomm Technology or equivalent
• Familiar with Windows 10 and boats sensor system –e.g. Radar, AIS Video Camera
• Familiar with Government Data Centre environment
• Willing to perform shfit works or standby after office hours
• Willing to travel islandwide and perform support activities in shipyard environment
• Basic Computer and Network troubleshooting skills
