The role includes troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring quality improvement. Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Process

Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes. Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment.

• Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment
• Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
• Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction
• Updated and control of equipment spare parts
• Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
• Support new program / model start-up
• Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday
• Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products
• Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
• Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group
