Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile assembler to perform gas panel assembly and testing in a cleanroom environment. The role involves reading engineering drawings, supporting initial pallet assembly, leak checks, and functional tests to meet quality and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background (NITEC or Diploma) and at least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience, with willingness to rotate day/night shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production or operations experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering training, internship or hands-on experience welcome.
• Able to read schematic and mechanical drawings.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds and testing according to specifications, engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Support gas panel building from initial pallet assembly and integration through leak checks and functional testing.
• Read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings to carry out assembly work accurately.
• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while maintaining good housekeeping and manufacturing discipline.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Follow EH&S requirements and take personal responsibility for workplace safety.
• Conduct risk assessments for work activities and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and errors while improving quality, cost and productivity.
