Job summary

VISION MANPOWER PTE LTD is seeking a skilled technician to perform assembly builds and tests in a cleanroom environment. You will collaborate with engineers on experiments and support product development, while identifying manufacturing issues for troubleshooting.

The role requires reading schematics, familiarity with gas box and panel assembly, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift. The ideal candidate has a NITEC or higher in Engineering or a Diploma in

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting schematic and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and shift work.
• Gas Box and Panels assembly experience in semiconductor-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds and tests as scheduled following specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments and support product development.
• Identify and report manufacturing problems to assist Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness by adhering to cleanroom protocols and housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate and cooperate with team to achieve production goals.
• Apply a quality and productivity mindset to ensure high manufacturing standards.
