Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd. seeks an Engineer Admin for a Manufacturing MNC/Central. Training provided; contract is 1 year direct. Salary up to SGD 2,600 monthly. Office hours are Mon-Fri. Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
Role involves data extraction, data input into multiple systems, and support for hardware investigations and inbound logistics.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in Engineering or similar.
Responsibilities
- Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP.
- Prepare hardware investigation readiness (set up jig and laptop) as per SOP.
- Input data into MHI management system.
- Input data into authorities management system.
- Periodically check authorities system and summarize status.
- Pack materials if further investigation overseas is needed.
- Collect faulty goods from AA approved workshops and care centers.
- Periodically follow up inventory of faulty goods.

- Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP
- Preparation work on electronics products for hardware investigation (Access inside by jig and laptop PC) according to SOP Support investigation work
- Data input/uploading work into MHI management system
- Data input/uploading work into authorities management system
- Periodical check on authorities management system and summarize situation
- Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
- Faulty goods collecting from Automobile Association approved workshops and care centers
- Periodical inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods
