Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer to lead development, qualification, and sustaining new technologies within the Technology Development - Core department.

You will design, execute, and analyze experiments to debug complex process issues, transfer technologies from customers, and provide technical support for customer demands while ensuring process yield and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

Mastering all modules general knowledge.
Able to use all jobs related systems - SDL, FW, Datapower, JMP, Klarity Defect, ...
Understand process flow & modules' process spec.
Mastering process integration & know how.
Capable of self learning - find related paper or thesis & understand the content & able to apply to related development jobs.

Responsibilities

To lead task forces to support the development, qualification, improvements and sustaining new technologies.
Should be able to design, execute and analyze experiments that will allow us to debug various process issues.
Knowledge of semiconductor processes is a must.
To transfer process technologies from customers.
Provide technical support on customers' requests.
Support the development of new processes and products based on customers' needs
Coordinate available resources from the process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in trouble‑shooting, resolving issues, process Improvement and yield enhancement
Enhance the yield and reliability of the acquired technology and process
