Job summary

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd seeks an Engineer, Programme Management to lead aerospace programs in the North region. You will coordinate with airlines, monitor rotable assets, and drive profitability from planning to delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree, aviation exposure, strong communication, independence, and overseas travel willingness. Airbus/Boeing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with aviation industry experience.
• Experience with Airbus or Boeing is a plus.

• Able to plan and manage the program and analyze financial reports.
• Willing to travel overseas.

• Day-to-day interface with airlines to ensure the delivery of the high standard of service performance to the airlines
• Prepare and conduct Program reviews with customer
• Work with Reliability team and recommend modifications and upgrades to improve overall system’sreliability
• Monitor and control of pool of rotable asset to support airline
• Control, manage and approve repairs, exchange and AOG support
• Sales forecast, invoicing and collection of revenue
• Ensure overall profitability of the program

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in the aviation industry
• Experience in Airbus or Boeing aircraft will be an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively
• Independent, resourceful and self-motivated
• Able to plan and manage overall program, resolve issues and initiate corrective measures, analyze financial
• report and program performance report
• Willing to travel overseas
• No work experience required

Academic Qualification Required

• Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management relevant working experience in the aviation industry ispreferred
