Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD is seeking an electronics manufacturing specialist to support EWS ramp-up, yield improvements, and product releases. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure test KPI alignment with delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in science or electronics engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of electronic and semiconductor/optical environments
• Knowledge of optics or photonics is key
• Understanding of EWS testing process and manufacturing
• Experience with statistical analysis of data and images (JMP/Spotfire)

Responsibilities

• Drive EWS ramp-up readiness and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and AMK teams.
• Drive yield improvement with device engineering and quality teams.
• Qualify and release new TP revisions to production and support NPI testing.
• Secure test KPI performance aligned with delivery plan (NRT, Retest, HW maintenance).
• Drive MRB decisions with Device and FE quality Engineers.
• Manage upstream and downstream product impact on yield and cycle time.
• Support continuous sustaining improvements (SBL control) for EWS.
• Perform tester and hardware qualification, analysis and reporting as required.

YOUR ROLE

The job mission is the following :

• Drive EWS ramp-up readiness, ramp up in coordination with Engineering teams, and support production changes.Engineering, Device, Quality and AMK support/production cross functionional teams.
• Drive yield improvement alongside device engineering and quality teams, Work closely with Operation responsible manager for the customer interface for yield and operation reports
• Qualification and Release of new TP Revisions to production, support NPI testing in EWS plant (internal and external) when needed.
• Secure test KPI performance aligned with delivery plan (NRT, Retest, HW maintenance, etc.)
• Drive the MRB (Material Review Board) with Device and FE quality Engineers.
• Products management (Upstream & Downstream) in term of impacting yield and cycle time.
• Continuous Sustaining Improvement: SBL control review/update for EWS
• Perform tester and hardware qual, analysis and report in timely manner to support production capacity whenever required.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master or Bachelor degree in science or electronics engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of electronic and semiconductor/optical environments is required.
• Knowledge of optics or photonics is key
• An understanding of the EWS testing process, and process technology/manufacturing.
• Experience with statistical analysis of data and images/optical. JMP/Spotfire and optical tool knowledge/skills.
• The ability to make recommendations or alternatives to enable/validate test cells in production for capacity.
