Job description

Responsibilities

• Cross‑functional collaboration: act as the key interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality internal departments and external customers. Internal collaboration with PE teams is crucial.
• Perform validation work on test modes and design using simulation, data analysis, and ATE/bench analysis.
• Root‑cause understanding and resolution of manufacturing, test, and quality related issues through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
• Promote innovation and challenge the status quo by introducing improvements to procedures or products, maintaining Micron’s competitive edge.
• Data analysis for validation: use in‑house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation, and risk assessment to gain insights into performance and reliability.
• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM, create internal architecture documentation, and apply schematic and layout knowledge of the design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor process, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to schematic capture, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, and pattern manipulation.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated and passionate to learn and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in team‑based projects, contributing to shared goals and outcomes.
