Job summary

ABRAHAM INTERNATIONAL PROCESS ENGINEERING CORP. PTE. LTD. seeks a process engineer to lead design, installation, and commissioning of process systems for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities in Singapore. You will coordinate piping, reactors, HVAC, and utilities, ensuring project success and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in process engineering and related mechanical installation, with a strong grasp of ASME B31.3, HVAC, and piping standards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–3 years in process engineering and mechanical installation in pharma/chemical sectors.
• Knowledge of piping, ASME B31.3, HVAC and pressure vessel standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of process systems for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities (reactors, piping, HVAC, utilities).
• Manage full project lifecycle including specs, risk assessments, on-site installation, testing, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, SCDF, HSA, ASME, and GMP/GLP throughout execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct process optimization studies and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Validate installations to meet performance and safety standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act guidelines during activities.

Job Summary

Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems such as reactors, piping networks, HVAC, utilities, and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle including developing technical specifications, performing risk assessments, overseeing on‑site installation, testing, and project handover
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, SCDF, HSA, ASME standards, and GMP/GLP requirements throughout project execution
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Conduct process optimization studies and troubleshoot mechanical systems to improve operational efficiency
• Validate installations to ensure they meet performance and safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications
