Job summary

ABRAHAM INTERNATIONAL PROCESS ENGINEERING CORP. PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer to lead design, installation, and commissioning of process systems for pharmaceutical facilities in Singapore.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle from specs and risk assessments to on-site testing and handover, ensuring ASME B31.3, HVAC, GMP/GLP, and local standards compliance. Fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in process engineering and mechanical installation in pharmaceutical, chemical, or high-precision manufacturing sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of piping systems, ASME B31.3, HVAC, and pressure vessel standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems (e.g., reactors, piping networks, HVAC, utilities) and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, from technical specifications and risk assessments to on-site installation, testing, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, SCDF, HSA, and ASME standards, as well as GMP/GLP requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Conduct process optimization studies, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and validate installations for operational efficiency.
• Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act guidelines during installation activities.
