Job summary

Leap29 is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support, during the construction of a new lab. You will assist in installation works of HVAC systems and perform construction quality checks, while supporting design changes and improvements.

Experience in GMP-guided environments is advantageous, with 4+ years post-qualification in mechanical engineering. Right to work in Singapore is required, with EP/PR/Singaporean status preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• GMP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation works of HVAC systems and perform construction checks.
• Assist design changes and improvements.
• Perform quality checks of construction.
• Validate equipment through IQ/PQ processes as required by local authorities.
• Document management.
• Advise best practices for lab construction.

My Client is an industry leader in Pharmaceutical projects. due to expansion they are searching a Mechanical Engineer to support the construction of a new Lab.

The Mechanical Engineer should be able to:

Support in the installation works of the HVAC systems and complete checks for construction

Support design changes and improvements

Complete quality checks of construction

Complete equipment validation through IQ/ PQ processes required by local governing bodies

Document Management

Advise best practices for construction of lab

Skill Set and Qualification Criteria

Degree qualified in a relevant subject i.e., Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of experience post qualification

Preferably experience gained in Speciality Chemicals, F+B, Dairy, Pharma or petrochemicals

Experience and knowledge of GMP guidelines will be advantageous

Right to live and work in Singapore, current EP Holder, PR Holder or Singaporean
