- 2.9 Provide regular project progress updates to the Engineering Lead and client, and update asset records in ServiceNow on completion.
3. Planned Maintenance
- 3.1 Execute the site's 52-week PPM schedule on time, following checklists, OEM guidance and Singapore Standards / Codes of Practice.
- 3.2 Carry out maintenance with the in-house team wherever possible and request vendor support only with a clear reason.
- 3.3 Schedule, escort and supervise specialist vendors (lifts, fire, BMS, chillers, generators, UPS) and verify work is complete.
- 3.4 Check every service report for completeness and accuracy, and follow up on defects and recommendations.
4. Corrective and Reactive Maintenance
- 4.1 Respond to breakdowns and work requests within SLA, and diagnose, repair or make safe.
- 4.2 Investigate recurring faults and propose permanent fixes rather than repeat repairs.
- 4.3 Scope repair works, obtain quotations and prepare recommendation notes for approval.
