Job summary

KEY POINT (S) PTE LTD is seeking an Engineer to oversee projects, coordinate product development, and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality and delivery standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The role involves leading new product qualification, enhancing manufacturing processes, investigating issues, and supporting the Engineering Manager in qualification activities to enable mass production and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project phases to ensure accurate, timely, and budget-compliant completion
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to define and develop product or service offerings to specifications
• Lead new product qualification, ensuring First Article success and smooth transfer of processes for mass production
• Develop and enhance manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
• Investigate manufacturing issues and customer complaints related to equipment, methods, personnel, and materials
• Recommend and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions to resolve and prevent recurrence of problems
• Support Engineering Manager in qualifying and validating new products and processes, including sourcing and costing activities
• Collaborate with Quality team on First Article inspections, product and process investigations, and customer meetings to align expectations
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations at local, state, and federal levels
• Contribute as a collaborative team member to support company financial success
