Job summary

RAYAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site/Project Engineer to support planning, execution, and on-site procedures. The role involves preparing method statements, shop drawings, and tracking project progress with supervision on-site.

Candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, at least 2 years' experience, CAD knowledge, and a valid Class 3 license. The job requires coordination with clients and authorities and willingness to work long hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to work long hours and on-site conditions.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project planning and execution.
• Prepare method statements, construction programs, shop drawings, and other submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
• Oversee on-site technical and engineering matters and monitor progress.

• Assist PM in project planning & execution.
• Handle technical matters such as preparing method statements, construction program, shop drawing, & other submissions related to project.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
• Other works assigned managers
• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Knowledge in CAD

• Familiar with road work construction field
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
• Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
• Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification , resources management and procurement arrangement .
• To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
• Include attending all progress meeting.
• Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements.
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Able work long hours.
